Autism, ADHD, and beyond. We feel and see and hear the world differently.
Do I look different to you? Many autistic people may not recognise their differences or might feel hesitant to discuss them.
Do I look different to you? Many autistic people may not recognise their differences or might feel hesitant to discuss them.
I might look the same, but that doesn't mean that I am. Neurological differences, such as those associated with autism and ADHD, are often misunderstood, leaving individuals struggling and alone. I work with individuals, families, and organisations to enhance awareness and promote autism recognition. My goal is to change perceptions so that everyone receives the autism support they need, ensuring inclusion and care based on who they truly are. It’s about understanding neuro difference from the inside out.
Neurodifferent brains perceive the world in amazing and unique ways. By fostering awareness with training and translation, we can make small changes to our environments and attitudes so that autistic people no longer need to hide.
Challenging the myths and stereotypes is essential for creating safe and supportive spaces that provide vital autism support and encourage autism recognition.
Autism training can further help us understand and embrace those who experience the world differently.
For fifty years, I struggled with understanding my identity and purpose. With genuine autism recognition and ADHD awareness, the lives of those with autism and ADHD can dramatically improve. As a teacher, trainer, speaker, and published author, my goal is to foster autism support and create a more inclusive world that embraces us for who we truly are. Tiny changes can lead to huge differences.
Thank you, Tracy. Your presentations are amazing and generate such positivity for our parents and their children. When you speak, the room lights up, and the audience learns about autism awareness and recognition, as well as ADHD awareness, without negative language or stereotypes. Your approach provides valuable autism support and effective autism training for all.
'Your ideas are huge and extraordinary, especially in the context of ADHD awareness and autism recognition. You present in such an approachable way, making the language accessible and relatable, which is vital for effective autism support and autism training.'
Your training presentation and material on ADHD awareness and autism recognition to guide our changes have truly inspired the team. We now feel more equipped to implement the necessary changes to better support our staff and guests, enhancing our autism awareness and autism training efforts.
As a guest speaker for our neurodiversity session, Tracy was inspirational and truly made us rethink how we can change environments and challenge attitudes surrounding ADHD awareness and autism recognition. Hearing about neuro difference from lived experiences is crucial, and Tracy presents beautifully and in an entertaining style, making a strong case for autism support and the importance of autism training.
Tracy works with great enthusiasm, care, and commitment in supporting students, many of whom lack motivation and are struggling, particularly those with ADHD awareness and autism recognition. Her professional skills and personal attributes, along with her dedication to autism support and training, make her an asset to any organisation.
I was struggling immensely with school due to a lack of motivation and interest, which I later learned were linked to ADHD awareness. Tracy worked in a way that suited my unique needs and abilities, showing great autism recognition and providing essential autism support. Her guidance helped me boost my grades and transformed my attitude toward education. I wouldn't be where I am now without Tracy's dedicated autism training. (This lady now has a Law BSC and a Psychology MA).
This is brilliant, thank you. I loved your positivity; it is so refreshing to see this level of ADHD awareness and autism recognition. You are a brave and sympathetic woman, one of the few who dares to talk about these important topics. I want my family and friends to listen to you because you have given words to everything they don't understand about me, especially in terms of autism support and autism training. Thank you.
Dr Luke Beardon.
One of the pioneers of the neurodiversity movement, Jim Sinclair, wrote an essay entitled 'Don't Mourn For Us.' In the realms of ADHD awareness and autism awareness, there is much to celebrate regarding autism recognition, autism support, and the importance of autism training.
