I might look the same, but that doesn't mean that I am. Neurological differences, such as those associated with autism and ADHD, are often misunderstood, leaving individuals struggling and alone. I work with individuals, families, and organisations to promote autism awareness and recognition. My goal is to change perceptions so that everyone receives the autism support they need, ensuring inclusion and care based on who they truly are. It’s about understanding neuro difference from the inside out.

Neurodifferent brains perceive the world in amazing and unique ways. Promoting autism and ADHD awareness and challenging the myths and stereotypes surrounding neurodiversity is essential for creating safe spaces that offer vital autism support and encourage broader autism recognition. Autism and ADHD awareness plays a crucial role in helping us understand and embrace those who experience the world differently.
For fifty years, I struggled with understanding my identity and purpose. With genuine autism recognition and increased ADHD awareness, the lives of individuals with autism and ADHD can dramatically improve. As a teacher, trainer, speaker, and published author, my goal is to foster autism support and provide valuable autism training, ultimately creating a more inclusive world that embraces us for who we truly are. Tiny changes can lead to huge differences.
Much misunderstanding starts because I don't look different enough. I explore my own life and dispel the myths and misconceptions. For better recognition and a translation guide - this book will help you to understand the hidden world of feeling the world differently.

As a guest speaker for our neurodiversity session, Tracy was inspirational and truly made us rethink how we can change environments and challenge attitudes surrounding ADHD awareness and autism awareness. Hearing about neuro difference from lived experiences is crucial, and Tracy presents beautifully and in an entertaining style, making a strong case for autism recognition, the importance of autism support, and the need for comprehensive autism training.
Tracy works with great enthusiasm, care, and commitment in supporting students, particularly those who struggle with motivation, including those needing ADHD awareness and autism recognition. Her professional skills and personal attributes, combined with her dedication to autism support and autism training, make her an invaluable asset to any organization.
I was struggling immensely with school due to a lack of motivation and interest, which I later learned were linked to ADHD awareness. Tracy worked in a way that catered to my unique needs and abilities, demonstrating exceptional autism recognition and providing crucial autism support. Her guidance not only helped me improve my grades but also transformed my outlook on education. I wouldn't be where I am now without Tracy's dedicated autism training. This is brilliant, thank you. I loved your positivity; it is so refreshing to see this level of ADHD awareness and autism recognition. You are a brave and sympathetic woman, one of the few who dares to talk about these important topics like autism support and the need for better autism training. I want my family and friends to listen to you because you have given words to everything they don't understand about me, especially in terms of autism awareness. Thank you.
A note for my teacher.
Even well meaning teachers can approach autism from the outside in. My lived experience and experience mean I can gently encourage staff to understand autism and neuro differences from the inside out.

Otherwise, we live in a dream world of non-existent, simplistic black and white notions which simply do not apply to life."
